Really nice design dude, though in your statement you actually got it wrong, Anon was in the Alpha series, not in Street Fighter 3
Other then that I think you nailed the landing and got 9.0 from all the judges except for the French judge who gave you 7.5... but no one gives a two fisted f--k about the French judge's feelings anyway....
